Yeah I tried this 7 volt mod (http://www.overclockershideout.com/7voltmod.shtml) I had that exact thing shown in the pic.
Well I hook it up to a 12v panaflo,using the 3 pin to 4 pin adapters. (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?description=35-999-104) It look like it moved but didn't do anything.
Is this because I'm using the 3 pin to 4 pin adapter with this 7 volt mod connector?
What if I want to 7 volt mod just a regular fan the plugs into a motherboard?
