Got Rallisport Challenge for PC a few days ago, mainly cause I was getting a little tired of all online FPS's that I have.
The port is spectacular, I played the game for a few hours at my friends house on his xbox and was very impressed. The pc version of the game runs perfectly, even on my decent system (1.2 Ghz T-bird, Geforce 3, 256 MB DDR). Right off the bat it looks crisper than the xbox simply because of no interlacing from a television screen.
This game was one of the few used to demonstrate the GeForce FX , but why? Demonstrate antialiasing abilities? Anisotropic filtering?
Now I'm waiting for Splinter Cell PC version, coming out around January...
(Speaking of Xbox controllers, anyone know if there are ways to convert one to a usb port and 'hack' it for PC's?)

any X-Box port should work pretty good. X-Box for the most part is a PC (733Mhz PIII, GF3).
Rallisport challenge is pretty good, i wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is. i thought it would be more like the NFS rally, not colin McRae.

I think that splinter cell is gonna be coming out the 26, 27, or 28th of January, but i could be wrong. And the x-box contoller is USB, just with a different end thingy.

considering the xbox IS just a weak PC how come there are no emulators? ;(
everything from microsoft gets cracked after a while so just wait :D
It would be nice if somehow HALO gets on PC i have this wierd feeling that microsoft is trying it's best to delay it or the game does not release at all on PC considering HALO alone was the reason many xbox were sold in the first place

actually, halo IS coming out for pc, and its being ported by GearBox Software. Its coming out late though, either late next year or next summer. They say it is being "updated" so it can compete with later titles like Unreal 2, or Doom III (dynamic lighting in Halo? niiiice....) or even Halo 2 which is coming out for the Xbox around then. Halo PC is supporting 32 player online, with all the same gametypes as the Xbox version, if not more.

Yup, the graphics engine is a GeForce 3 Ti500; then nVidia added the GeForce 4's pixel/vertex shaders.
