I just bought a stick of PNY pc2100. It has samsung chips on it. Where can I look to interpret the numbers on the chip?

That's exactly what I was looking for, thanks muggy! Seems this PNY ram that I have is rated cl2 as ddr266 and at csl2.5 at ddr333. In the specs, it states that it is 7.8us refresh interval, is that the same as 7.8ns?

Nanoseconds would be much shorter than microseconds. A microsecond is one millionth of a second and a nanosecond is one BILLIONTH of a second. Very fast there! Oh, and I would imagine your chips on the module are rated at something like 6 nanoseconds. My old Samsung was and it had similar specs.
