AOpen AK73Pro Temp Monitoring...

This is my first real attempt at overclocking and this mobo doesn't have CPU thermal sensor. Any advice on what to buy to monitor this?

Also, as a general question. What about monitoring case temp?

I also have the mainboard. If you go in to the bios you can see the thurmal information. You can also download the VIA hardware monitor from Aopen.
