How to run 10v to my Delta 80mm EHE fan?

I currently runnin at 7v, thinkin of runnin at 10v if there is no noise increasement and higher performance. Anyone got any idea? Tks!!!

there will be a noise increase because you will be running at higher rpms at 10V. You don't get anything for free.

if your PS has a -5v line, you can hook up the +5v to the positive lead and the -5v to the ground lead and that should get you 10v.

However, this could put more power onto the -5v than your PS can handle and cause any number of problems.
