Hi.

I have the above m/b and cpu, but can't figure out how to overclock. Can somebody PLEASE help?

Sorry to say, but think you got the wrong mob.

It should be the SL 75KV2+

anyway if i'm wrong and you got the right mobo, then look for the dipswitches on the mobo, they MUST be there.
Look in the manual for setting the dipses...
Next step is to unluck your cpu, to do that look in the forum its written everywhere...

Use multiplyer and Vcore.

If you don't have dipswitches on the mobo you can still set the multiplier on the chip itself, by cutting some bridges and joining others. This changes the default multiplier on the cpu, so the mobo sees it as being faster - there's a detailed how-to at tomshardware:
