can DDR 2100 be used in a KT333 mobo (ddr 2700)?

The memory will catch fire and eject out of your system right throught he case and explode.

Ok now on a serious note... your processor runs at 133 now that is the same speed as pc 2100. Now if you have pc2700 the only way to utilize all of its speed is to overclock your fsb to 166... or run the memory async. (133/166)

So unless you plan on overclocking no you will be fine with your pc2100. But it could probably overclock a little.
 
You can put it in however it may not run at 166MHz as the RAM is only rated for 133MHz. In that case, you'll run your RAM and CPU out of sync with the RAM at 133MHz and the CPU at 166MHz.
