I was wonfdering what the high and low voltage limits you should see on the various lines.

I have a p4pe and a 2.4 b C1. these are the voltages:

Idle

12+ ---- 12.13
5+ ------ 4.90
3.3+ ---- 3.2
1.525 (core) ----- 1.60

Load

12+ ---- 11.43
5+ ---- 4.61
3.3+ ---- 3.2
1.525 --- 1.54

I was also wonderint about power spiking and dropping.
sometimes my 12+ goes down to about 11.32 (under load), and somewhat often my 5+ goes up to 6.2. is that safe?

Also, sometimes when my computer is under full load and im doing multiple things (prims 95. installing and formatting) it will just reboot  . the temps are fine, but it jsut reboots.......

Thanks

Those variations are not good. Most PSU's have a line reg of 5%, at 11.32 on the 12V you are below that. You are above the 5% on the 5V. Have you checked this with a multimeter at a molex connector? If not you should, it is the only way to tell what the PSU is putting out BEFORE the mobo. If you go for a new PSU, I would suggest a 400W Sparkle or an Antec True Power or, if you have lots of $$$ a PC Power & Cooling unit - The best there is.

Yep. It's time for a new PSU. I wouldn't run at full load until you get one. :):):)
