Pricewatch gives one listing for it, http://www.googlegear.com/cgi-bin/xp/204242?5h6qynua;;36 - they say it's in stock, check it out, but you'll need some DDR ram to go with it. I know PC1600 is becoming more available, but I'm not sure about PC2100 (the one everyone wants :-) ).
