A7V post but no BIOS??? HELP!!!

I have no idea what's wrong here. When I start my computer it turns on and shows the Video Card screen (the one before BIOS) and then beeps once like it normally would... but that's it! Instead of the BIOS I get a blinking cursor at the top-left of my screen. I figure that if my CPU (TBird 800) or my RAM (PC-100 CAS2) were fried then it wouldn't even get that far. I reset the BIOS with no luck. Any ideas?

I have something like that too, when i overclock my cpu abit, my pc starts normally.
But when i enter the bios, everything is screwed up !!
i have to reboot a couple of times to get a working bios back again
And flashing the bios with the 1005C version isn't a solution either :(
