Type- Transforming Druid
Skill assignment-
Werewolf- Max out after Lyconthropy and Fury
Lycanthropy- Max out first
Feral Rage- 1
Rabies - 1
Fury- Max out Second
Oak Sage - 1 (go beyond 1 if you like)
Stat assignment-
Strenth- Add most points here along with Vitality.
Dexterity- don't put any in this, your skills will take care of your hitting chance. Only put a point in if you must.
Vitality- Add most points here along with Strength.

The last character I built was a Berzerker. I figured he'd be usefull against physical immune monsters, and he was. Berzerk at lvl20 adds about 450% magic damage. The only thing he has a hard time killing are magic immunes, but those are rare. The weakness of Berzerk is that it reduces your defense to 0 when you attack, and you'll be attacking all the time. Therefore you need:
A) Lots of life.
B) Maxed damage reduction.
C) Maxed block rate.
Skills:
Berzerk: VERY important. Max out as soon as you can.
Weapon Masteries: Most zerkers use a Sword, but the choice is yours, max out of course.
Battle Orders: Another skill to max.
Leap Attack: One point, useful for getting around.
Frenzy/Whirlwind: You might want to put a few points in these skills, especially WW for clearing out groups.
Stats:
Try even out between Strength, Vitality, and Dexterity. No Energy.
Equipment:
Try to load up on Damage Reduction and Life.
Shield: You need a shield with a good Block Rate. I started with Sigon's, which gave me that nice +1 skills bonus. Another choice is Whitstan's Guard, which gives Barbarians a block rate well above 75% (but of course 75 is the cap.). For end game, try to get your hands on a Stormshield. I had to save up for a good 3 weeks to afford the 8 sojs it cost me. The Stormshield gives you a godly mix of Damage Reduction and Block Rate that any Zerker needs to survive the later acts of Hell difficulty.
Armor: Damage reduction and Life are the important factors in a good piece of armor. At first I used whatever I could find that had a nice amount of life, then, as soon as I could I put on a nice Shaftstop. Nice Life bonus and DR.
Helm: Your ideal choice would be a Vampire Gaze, but if you're like me and aren't lucky enough to get your hands on one, a Rockstopper works too.
Belt: String of Ears is the way to go. I was fortunate and got a perfect one from NM Meph. They're pretty cheap if you can't find one.
Boots: Waterwalks or Silkweaves. The advantage to using the waterwalks is a nice Life bonus.
Gloves: I used the Laying of Hands because I ran into lots of demons in acts 4 and 5. A good pair of Life Leech gloves are also a good choice.
Rings: Life and mana leech.
Amulet: I never found a good amulet. Try for something with good resists.
Weapon: Get something FAST with good base damage. I used a Cruel Colossus Sword with 2 sockets. I put a Shael in one of the sockets and never used the second. Life and mana leech is also very useful. Speed is your friend. I also used a Lightsabre before I got my hands on the CCS.
Remember! You won't leech much mana or life with berserk. Attack with a normal swing or Whirlwind a few times to leech, then switch back to Berzerk. The reason for this is that Berzerk does mainly magical damage, which doesn't seem to leech.

well im quite into sorcs...
ive found that orb/hydra/ts, orb/static shock things/ts, and orb/static ring/ts work very well for most bosses and cows.
life is a BIG must for sorcs, mana is needed, but not as much (ill explain why later). 1k + life and ~700 mana should do the trick. NO DEX is needed, and strength is only needed to use equipment.
get as many +skills items as possible. mana regen items are good, and +life and +mana items and charms are great, as well as +skills charms.
sorcs need to run FAST in case of danger (ie. they cant teleport away), and they need decent armour in combination with the frozen armour too.
fast cast is also a must for sorcs.
the first thing to look at for a sorc is what you plan to do with it. the most popular are for cows, MFing and dueling. each one requires different skills and different gear.
as for necessary skills for ANY sorc, put some points in teleport, the various frozen armours, thunderstorm (very effective sometimes), mana regen, and ORB. orb is by far the most useful and effective means of killing for any sorc, so use it to your advantage.
thats about it, if anyone needs help, feel free to PM or mail me. :)
Going to the cow level with a necro with corpse explosion before they made it suck was one of the most fun things to do in the whole game :D

I wouldn't say CE sucks now. One of my favorite characters before I quit (1.09) was a CE Necro that used an Iron Golem. The golem would bring in the cows, and once one would die from his thorns I CE'd the entire pack in seconds. I was killing faster than Orb Sorcs. :) It's best if you have a Barb nearby, they kill faster than the golem.
Ok so it doesn't totally suck, but its def not what it used to be :p

NO DEx man are you crazy. Dex is good for sorcs my lvl 99 has around 180 or so (been drinking so don't quote me). Nothing like hearing a cows attack glance off the shield while i'm MFing. I use orb/nova/and ts. only have around 800 life and 700 mana dont need more of either. Or should i say dont offten need more. Thinking about building a orb/hydra/ts one thou. Not sure yet. I have 3 accounts the way it is so i might delete a char or a mule to make room who knows.
