Reapplication of Arctic Silver

According to the instructions, when you apply AS3, you need to rub some into the base of your heatsink. Do you have to do this everytime you reapply as3?

With AS3, no. If you wipe the heatsink off with a cleaning solution, yes. If you just wipe it off with a paper towel you will be fine.
