voltage, mhz, timings

I know how more voltage helps with incresing mem frequency (duh!) but does it help with getting lower timings? I was thinking about it... I'd suppose not...

i find that if i run higher voltage at low mhz that i can tighten the timings. but where i can do that is well below the top speed
