What's wrong with the G400?

I have a G400 2-header VGA card.
When I put it on the p4b266-c mobo, the power led is always on, it has no use to press the POWER button.
If I take the VGA card off, the CPU fan will run normally.

The card work very well on Abit bd7 mobo.

this is highly unlikely as it doesn't look like you have any extraneous power consumption but it could be your psu

If im not mistaken teh intil mobo ahs different AGP volts, my frinds g300 would work on his p4 at all either
