twinmos pc-2700ddram CL2.5 is really a bad ddram.with athlon 2000xp (locked) and mobo MSI KT4V ,memory as above,i cannot set the fsb more than 136.ddram timing 2.5-3-3-5,this ddram seen is very bad.

are you sure? if its 2700 then it is GURANTEED it will do at least 166, try 166 and use 1/5 divisor
