Hi
I wonder if any memory expert can help.

I have this problem where when i enable the ECC support option in the BIOS for my Sumsung (800) rdram, it loads up windows xp but crashes and resets my computer all the time after just a few minutes. However when i tell the BIOS to not enable ECC support everything is fine.

Has anyone got any ideas i really want ECC enabled as i have been advised that this corrects memory errors.

System is as follows:
abit th7 II RAID
2X256 Sumsung (800) RDRAM
200gb Western Digital Hard drive 8MB Cache
Intel Pentium 4 2.0a

Is it even ecc memory? If not, that could be the problem. If you're running your system at stock speeds, I don't think you would need ecc turned on anyway.
