I have a problem where when I upp the core too high (it will go very far) my 3dmark score is decreased.
I've been jumping up and down on the clockspeeds but I can't find one that suits me.
Should I try to hit the same ratio as the original clock or should I try something else?
If you have a good ratio, please post it with a lot of numbers not just 2x for example, 2.3331x would help me more.

Just up the memory speed as much as it can go before losing performance.

It can get lower by upping the mem too

I don't follow any ratio. I just try to o/c it as high as it will go.
So far I've gotten my TI4200 to 321/651.
Just keep track of your scores every time to increase the the o/c and you'll find your vid card's sweet spot for o/c.

Same thing happened to me. My core was at 620...when I wnet higher I started to lose 3dmarks. This is without artifacts both times.

you divide by 2. So if you wanted to measure that way it would really be 320/320 (see his sig)

I thought you only divided by 2 for the DDR memory, not core speed...!?!?!

oh my bad, i thought he was talking about memory. Yeah he might of meant memory insted of core. Sorry about that
