Is 1.75 v safe?

Strange, it seems that my P4PE overvolts my CPU to 1.85v whenever I choose 1.75. However, the voltage dips down to 1.75 when it is under load. Are these safe conditions for a PIV C1 to be operating under?

i wouldnt go that high man.. if it says 1.85 its way high, and even 1.75 is risky... dont set it over 1.7 and keep ur cpu under full load all the time.. fold or something :)
