FSB resets

Weird problem happened earlier. I overclocked my 1.6A to 2.15, then when I went to overclock to 2.17, the FSB changed to 44, and my 1.6 started running at around 465 mhz.
When I went to change the FSB bus back to 130, the system hung. I'm using CPUFSB since my BIOS has FSB settings locked out. Does anyone know where I can get a .pll file for Softfsb for chip ICS 952001AF?
