Samsung RDram on pricewatch

Has anyone seen the 256Mb Rdram pc1066 on pricewatch for $9 from USSA.com!!! I know its a typo but I believe they should have to honor it don't you. If you go into a regular retail store and they have the price wrong they would have to honor it.
