When using stock cpu speeds(18x133,4:3) and 2-6-3-3 timings i get corrupted files when downloading anything. why is that?

isn't 2-6-3-3 kinda loose timings?

edit: using 2x corsair xms3200c2 256mb memory on a abit it-7max2v2 + piv2,4b C1

Are all files corrupted, or just some? What about web pages? Images? What program are you using to download?

just some zip file I downloaded, It then wasn't corrupted when using 2.5-7-5-5 timings..

i get this a lot i download a file it works fine but than again after some time i try to access it i am told that it's corrupt never associated this with RAM though i always thought that my computer had / still have a virus

i think its the ram cause it worked with original timings but not with 2-6-3-3

my system is running on stock speeds nothing is overclocked (thanks to stupid heating problems)
