I have a DUAL slot1 cpu motherboard manufactured by tyan for use in a Gateway computer. The post screen shows the Gateway logo. The model number silk screened on the board is S1833D. This board isn't listed on Tyan's page at all. However, there is a Tiger 100 - S1832DL model listed on thier website. The bios updates on thier page will let you take the S1832DL board upto 800+ Mhz. The silk screened jumer settings on the S1833D board I have only goes up 550MHz.

Do you guys think I would be able to use the newest S1832DL bios on my S1833D board? The current BIOS on the mother board is an AMI and TYAN's board also uses an AMI bios.
