Most workable Mobo?

researchin for a new rig.
who makes the most adjustable Bios settings and OC friendly.
From reading through the mass amount of posts here I get the feeling that the Asus boards are most used and or "abused"
Been looking at an Albatron PX845PEV Pro...any thoughts?

Asus and Abit are the best that I've worked with. I like the BE-7 RAID a lot.
