Just got this motherboard a few days ago and I realized today that programs like 3d mark 2k1 and pcmark2k2 only recognize 192 mb when there is 512 mb installed. The bios is 1008 and the revision number of the board is 3.0. Anyone know what is happening ?
Asus probe says that I have 1 256 mb (double bank) in Rimm 2. All others are reading..."no memory installed". What is going on ?

yes...thank you. I have 4 memory modules in the motherboard. I do not need the c-rimms. But I appreciate your response anyway.

1) Your memory modules could be defective.
2) You don't have true PC1066 RAM.
3) Your MB memory slots are defective.

Remove and reinsert the memory modules and try to run them at PC800 speed to see if you get 512MB.

When trying to run my PC800 @ PC1066 I get the same problem with every BIOS except revision 1003. You might try using 1003.
