Will running fans on the 5v fan only psu plugs.
If I am using a Pro Core w/ two 120mm Evercool Aluminum frame fans(82CFM @ 12V) w/ 2 shrouds. With two 80mm fans (37.7CFM @12V) in the back. Im also using a Maxi Jet 1200 w/ a D-TEK TC-4.

You will have to try that out, I know my 120s dont run on 5v, or dont start on 5v but they do run
 
they run, I just dont have any ram for my setup right now :( lol damn googlegear
 
depends what setup uve got, processor? overclock?

im running default xp2200, case side off, one evercool std fan on 7v on black ice pro rad, eheim 1048 with atlantis rev3 wb. I get 38 deg c full load with ambient at about 20 deg c.
 
Well as soon as I get my ram i will be running a xp 2600+ B.
The ambient in my house is about 19 C. Im thinking with my setup I will get about the same as you with my fans on 5v. Not sure though
 
If your fans are able to move air through the rad then you'll do fine.

Massive airflow through them really dosen't help very much.
