i just got my 2.4b c1 today from atacom.com :D, its a sl6ef costa rica.
anywayz since it runs at 133fsb default, i ran it at 1:1 ratio with my mushkin pc2100. and WOW!
i didnt expect such a high 3dmark score compared with my other rig:

3dmark - 13447
1.8a @ 145 fsb 3:4 (2.6ghz)
mushkin pc2700 @ 193mhz (386ddr)

3dmark - 12485
2.4b @ 133fsb 1:1
mushkin pc2100 @ 133mhz (266ddr)

so a pc2100 running it in sync @ 133mhz almost has the same performace as a pc2700 running at near pc3200 speeds! wtf?

this got me thinking about those granite bay boards because i was gonna buy one, but didnt want to wait any longer. .
how come they dont perform quite as well as everyone and all the reviews say?

shouldnt running dual chn (1:1) pc2100 provide 4.2 gb/s which is perfect for a p4 bandwidth?

should i return my max2 and wait for a gigabyte 8INXP? lol

-oh yea another question, my pc2100 runs at 3.25 default volts! thats crazy! but my 2700 runs at normal 2.5, question is if i put both in my mobo, will both of them run at 3.25, 2.5, or independtly

Uh...did you switch the chips and the mem in yor system? or are there two different video cards also at work here?

I don't know, you could have a GeforceMX in the first rig and a Geforce 4 in the other. That would help a bit...

both of those tests were done on my abit it7 max2, using a ti4600 stock.
