Will putting Arctic Silver 3 on the northbridge of a P4PE void its warranty?

Yes it would, you are doing a mod to the motherboard. Your removing the factory thermal material and replacing it with something else (yes I know it's better but it's not factory).

If you OC in any way, you void your warranty also.

I have been known to void my warranty in under 10 mins from when the ups man rings my bell.

NICE. I'm waiting on a new cpu to void the warranty on my new P4PE. I'll not let it disgrace itself with this P4 1.6 (OEM, it sucks, it's horrible, cheapo chip).
