Memory Timing on Corsair XMS 3500

Hey,

I'm new to DDR timing. I OCed to 150 FSB, 400 Memory and 3150 CPU. I am running 1 x 512 Corsair XMS 3500, CAS 2.

My question is on DDR timing and the expressions like 2-2-2-5.
Is it like this:
CAS = 2
RAS to CAS= 2
RAS Precharge = 2
Active Precharge = 5

What is the default VDIMM for the memory?

I have read about 4 articles, and no one seem to spell it out.
I see other posts that list memory as 2-2-5-2. Is this the same as I am listing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
