Is There a Difference 9500 Pro?

Is there a difference between these two 9500 Pro's at Newegg?
The OEM $180.00 Specs say Direct 9.0 Support, but the Retail $201.00 does not say it.

I am not sure which one of the 9500 Pro's is the best, but I was going to go for one of these two.

they are the same, though the OEM one isnt in stock

They are the same, just with OEM u dont get the box and also sometimes the cables
