Ok Here we go.

Copper/poly block, Aluminum heater core, brass barbs, poly t lines (for bleed and fill).

Whole system uses about 1/3-1/2 a gallon of distilled, if I put water wetter in there, how much am i going to have to worry about corrosion? I've only got to worry about the core right?

Also, isn't air required for corrosion?

Air is required for Oxidation, a form of corrosion.

You need to worry about galvanic corrosion.

1/2g of water dictates 2 oz of WW.

nooo
not galvanic corrosion
a rather good on-going thread on just this subject here

be cool
