Hercules Fortissimo III 7.1 vs Santa Cruz

Which of these 2 do you guys suggest? The fortissimo is 20 bucks cheaper at newegg so should I just get that or is the santa cruz a better card? Will I notice a difference or should I just save my money. I plan to get the Logitech Z-640's to compliment my sound card if that makes any difference

Edit: Actually its only 14 bucks cheaper because the santa cruz comes with free shipping and the fortissimo is 6 bucks shipping.

Santa Cruz. It is the same GTXP chip without the external connections box.

I never thought the Fortimissimo sounded any good either.

Go with santa cruz, I wasn't very impressed with the Fortissimo III
