Clocks and OEM stuff for video cards

video cards are probably what i know least about, and i dont know all too much about anything. are the fans attached to the video card?-- i know u need a video card fan, but is that attached to the card itself? if i order an OEM video card, will i need to order a seperate cooler or fan?

..yeah.. i edited this.. at first i put clocks instead of fans in the subject... do not ask why... i do not know.

the only difference between OEM, and Retail, is a pretty box, and any bundled software other then the driver disk, and in some cases, u wont get S-Video cables and all that stuff. But other then that, the cards themselves are the same.
