Replace Ti 4200 SMD Capicitors?

How can I obtain the right values to replace the tiny SMD Capacitors on the backside of the PCB underneath the Geforce 4 Ti 4200 GPU, I have 3 of them blown out and a larger one, the card still works but it cannot overclock that great anylonger. Sadly to say the warranty is voided from mods such as adding heatsinks and lapping the GPU core which did help increase the overclocking capability.

I have checked numerous electronics shops and so far no luck.

Any suggestions?
