Dual Channel DDR memory ?

I see the e7205 chipset supports Dual Channel DDR memory

is this a special kind of memory or is this something the motherboard does with regular ddr266?

will I need a certian type of memory that is not out yet?
Or does this mean to just install memory in pairs?
