setFSB won't work with my 7IS2

I tried using setFSB and get an error that says "DipSW Error"

I pasted the giveio.sys file in my setfsb directory.
I downloaded the setfsb for my 815ep chipset.

I'm at a loss as to why its not working.... Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanx

The clock generator of "Soyo SY-7IS2" is "ICS 9250AF-30".
"SetFSB" is not supporting "ICS 9250AF-30" to my regret.
