Hello.. You all have been helpfull in the past so here it goes..

Hi.
I am building a new pc and i Plan on overclocking .. Of course.. It is a p4 2.4b and an Abit it7 max2 board. it takes ram up to 2700.. but would it be ok if i use the 3200.. or does it really matter. I found a board buildt buy "Aopen" That still takes pc133.. I would rather have a gig of ram for the same price as 256 if i can still over clock it with the slower ram.. ?? I still have not bought anything. so any sugestions would be greaty loved my the madbillygoat.. hehehee

Thanks for the help..

Go for the ABIT IT7-Max2 board and for a stick of PC3200 DDR.Do not take pc133 ram.You will lose a lot of performance with this ram.because P4 are built to take advantage of very fast memories.
