I tried the options in RivaTuner and a proggy called NVrefresh2.0 (used to work with Win2k) but I keep getting 60Hz with anything 3D in XPpro (1024x768 32bit) on a retail Sparkle GF4 Ti4200 64MB...

I actually i think refreshlock (http://www.voodoofiles.com/6610) is better since the fix don't work for opengl but then again it's up to you! :)

Thanx! Refreshlock is the only thing that did the trick so now I can fully enjoy my gaming without flickering screen...

I used to use ReForce, until I got BF1942, which refused to run with ReForce forcing refresh rates. Is Refreshlock a program that runs once or that runs all the time?

refreshlock runs in background but it can also override the windows settings...

are you sure that you tried openGL? the drivers override work only for D3D and not for opGL!!
and i can't make something out of the version that you have mentioned, because it is used to recognise the nvidia drivers by their last four digits, I for example, have the 42.01 version, which full name is 6.14.01.4201;)
