Memtest86 Question!!

Ok how do i get the darn program to run?? I thought i did it properly with floppy and cdburned copy..but no luck.

What am i doing wrong ?

Can anyone please explain in laymens terms how to get this program to work.

Just extract to a floppy>reboot the system>make sure in the bios it's set to boot from the floppy first> then just let it boot off the floppy and it will auto run.

The program uses an Linux kernel, and can't be run from within Windows. It may work while in Linux but I've never tried. Like Tebore said extract to a floppy, then reboot.
