need help installing swiftech pump relay switch

ok...am i suppose to cut the power cord of teh pumpto expose the little wires and then connect them to the switch connector?

Yes, or if you have the room, you can get a proper extention cord with the 3 prongs, plug IT into the pump then cut up the extention cord as to keep your pumps plug intact.
