yo guys i just got a thought

I was thinking if instead of worring about condensation on peltiers and stuff how about just stick on a paltier on a radiator wid adeshive arctic silver and use a big heatsink to cool it or connect it to the casing of the pc? anybody heard anything like this before??? just wondering ???

There is actually someone that did something like this, there is an article at overclockers.com somewhere. It didn't work all that well, but I will try to find it. It really wouldn't work very well, the pelt is so small and a radiator is so big, you would only be cooling a tiny part of the rad.

Besides that...if you did succeed in cooling the radiator (and thus the water) to much colder than ambient temps then you would have to worry about condensation on your tubing, wouldn't you?

yeah, but also remember, you need to cool the peltier too... you're better off getting a bigger radiator.

Or just stick the pelt on there and take the extra 30 minutes or however long and insulate the mobo...that's what I'd do if I had a pelt
