which exact files do I need to copy to a floppy after downloading from abit's website? thanks

You need two floppies. One that is bootable in clean dos, which you can get here http://www.bootdisk.com/

On the second floppy you copy the files you downloaded from Abit.

or just restart the comp in DOS mode if you have win 9x. They dont recommend it but it works fine for me.
