9500 Pro Rebate? Which one?

I oredered a retail R9500 Pro, built by ATI, and read on the internet that there was a $20 USD rebate. I didn't, however, get a rebate card in my box. I went to the ATI website, and under the contact form, when you select rebate inquiries, it lets you choose the product. The 9500 Pro is available. Next you choose which rebate program it is and how much the rebate is. here's where I'm stuck:

they have four different rebate programs. Which one does the 9500 Pro fall under?

1. Feel the Heat wit hATI's SUmmer Rebate
2. ATI's Apri Showers bring May Flowers rebate
3. ATI's Jame the money into your wallet rebate
4. ATI's fall in and catch the money rebate
