Need to replace a mobo

Hey,

Im new to the Intel section, and i dont know much about Intel mobo's......

I need a motherboard for a celeron 733mhz, needs at least 2 pci slots, onboard vid and sound. No o/c options are necesary......

Hmm, do you know of any places that have these? I couldnt find them on newegg........
