New IT7 classic BIOS

Hi guys!

A new BIOS version (D7) is available for the classic IT7 series (IT7-MAX/MAX2). The changelog is similar to the latest v2.0 BIOS:

-Raises the upper limit of CPU core voltage to 1.85V.
-Fixes the booting failure issue when the system starts up from "CMOS checksum error" and without the CPU fan attached to the FAN2 header.
-HPT 374 BIOS Version 1.22.
-BIOS Compile Date: 12/17/2002.

phantom punisher is the avr mod with 3.01 on your webpage the new it7d7[12-17-02] modded with the 3.01?

nope the avr is the old "av" bios with updated realtek bios.

the "D7R mod with 3.01" is what your lookig for.

np you guys should try this stuff out. the changes i make are easy. trying to get the 1.85 inthe old bios was anoiying, but thankfully i can put that work down now

Yes... the D7R mod with 3.01 worked fine on my IT7 MAX.

Sorry if this is a daft question

Can I use this modded Bios with my IT7- Max, its an early model?

Just that I notice on that bios site the bios for my model is different to the IT7 Max 2.
