after many hours of messing with my Sapphire 9500 non-pro with the software hacks, I cured the artifacts!
Im starting to think that all the artifacting people are having isnt anything more then certian Driver options not being automaticly adressed/setup.
I was having a tiny bit of artifacting, and cured it with Rage3d tuner.
I manualy set / Changed Z compression mode from "Driver Default" to "Low" in Rage 3d tweak, under Direct3d settings.
this cured my problem!
Lets hope it cures everyones problem!
Im really not that Up-to-date on Radeons this is my second one , my first being a radeon8500le a long time ago.
but I did remember back then having artifacts on that card and it being Driver/hardware related and using utilities to fix it.
PLEASE POST YOUR RESULTS IN THIS THREAD!
Edit: I forgot to say,
I did have to lower my memory o/c down from 300 to 295 after I changed the Z compression. Test with a "Sane" o/c speed please :P
