I have a few of their high-profile server OSes on these 1 year trials. They're perfect for those of us who know we'll format and reinstall within that time and are fully functional.

Good deal. I got most of mine with MCSE training kits.

A very nice find indeed.Thanks.

By the way. When is server 2003 supposed to be released commercially? It states that the license will expire in 360 days, or at commercial release of server 2003.

Yeah, it took AT LEAST 3 weeks for me to get my d/l instructions, but, I went ahead and downloaded both the Standard, and Enterprise versions, and am installing Enterprise Server right now on VMware, just to toy around with ya know? ;)

Just got my d/l instructions. Boy it's a pain in the butt. They even have it where you have to sign in with Passport. (like visiting Microsoft's site is akin to visiting a foreign [read totalitarian] state)

Still, am downloading now and hopefully it'll be good stuff.

They said 3 weeks and it was closer to 3 days.

Nope. Just click on this link: (from the 1st post in the thread)

Then click on this (in the middle of the screen):
Sign Up for Windows Server 2003 RC2
You can register to download individual products or obtain the RC2 CDs as part of the CPP Kit.

Then click on the right side of the screen where it says:
Register to Download the Windows Server 2003 RC2 Software

-OR-

Register to Order the Windows Server 2003 RC2 CPP Kit
Then put in your info and wait.

Hope this helps.
