HELP! probably dead mobo...

ok, i have a problem...

i have used, ZIDA T810B-SE mobo,
link 4 manual: T810BSE.pdf

it has:
"slot1" & "socket370" cpu support,
"at" & "atx" power connectors,
onboard sound & vga...

i can't turn on with ATX PSU,
old AT PSU blows cpu fan, but monitor looks dead...
(i try onboard vga and other pci one...)

i'm sure PSU,RAM,CPU works properly...

Make sure the CMOS jumper isn't set to clear.

if u take a look the manual,
there's no jumper...

i examine mobo and i can't see any jumper,
that thing totally automatic & jumperfree...

i release the bios battery, 'n PSU connector 4 a minute,
nothin' change...
