Corsair Memory question!

i am going to buy a 512mb pc2700 corsair memory soon and i saw googlegear.com with 2 different type and would like to know how much difference is between the 2

if you can't tell, one is low latency and one is not.

i only have $160 to spend....

The Corsair Low Latency memory works at strict settings for best performance. 2-2-2-5 1t which is very good its essentially the PC-3200C2 from Corsair working at lower mhz and best timings possible if you relax them and overclock the ram you could easily get PC-3200 performance with it im sure. But, if you are really on a budget the reg Corsair for $155.00 should be fine its capable of the same but im not to sure of how well though at the timings and voltage the LL can get.

Also the heat spreaders just are different colors.
