Hi, I've read that the ASUS motherboards normally overvolt but how much??

here are my system specs:

p4 2.4b c1 @ 2.52 (140FSB)
512mb Corsair XMS3200
VCORE 1.525 in bios (reading 1.616 from asus probe)

i mean.. to me.. that is one crazy reading.. i just purchased this ANTEC 400w powersupply also but just in case here's what its saying on ASUS probe:

+12v - 12.032
+5v - 5.053
+3.3v - 3.296
VCORE - 1.616

have you tried motherboard moniter 5. ? I found this board does this, and asus is not much help, other then to tell me they will rma it. I dont want to do that for being off line that long, and I will have to re install everything. I also am waiting for them to make the board right, and I dont see that happening yet.

Nearly identical machine here, Probe reports under load:

VCor at 1.584
3.3 at 3.296
5.0 at 5.026
12.0 at 12.096

My 2.4B C1 is OC'd to 2.70 with FSB at 4x150=600. appears to be stable, and temp is under control gaming and running Seti.
