P4PE benchmark and can I go higher anyone?

benchmark score is 16492
I hope someone with the same suystem as mine, see s this and replies, I cannot get it to go past 150 in the settings for the cpu. It starts giving me blue screens.
9700 at 330/324
and the cpu is at 3.15

Similar rig here, what do I have to do to get a benchmark score for us to do a comparison?

I'm oc'd to 2.70 with FSB at 4x150=600
